Disappointing

I used to really enjoy this game when I played it a few years back. Ive picked it up again and created a new account a couple of months ago and the game has slowly been going downhill. Instead of fixing known, common glitches and issues, they present us with more features. Support emails take several days to receive a response. The way "high-profile" issues are handled (such as ships being stuck in an event for several days instead of a couple of hours) are inexcusable and several active players, with high scores who spend more than a few bucks, have gotten irritated to the point where they have completely quit the game.
